Jun 21, 2021 · As I wrote, in the Steam version of "Homm III HD" it works flawlessly. Both my friend and I log in to Steam, start the game, open the "Multiplayer" menu, select "Online", and we can "Host", or "Join" to each other's game. So no external app, no UBI server, etc. needed. Just the game clients. Easy and straightforward solution.
Each tournament consists of multiple phases. Here is a list of some standard ones: Signup phase - a way to enter a tournament. Can be made invitation only. Group phase - players play in small groups, each group has a set number of winners. Knockout phase - players play a match, winner progresses, loser is eliminated.

On the other hand, it cannot be palyed in online properly :) In 1999 we could play hmm3 in multi with no problem lol.
